Student Success Statement

 Only when we do what's right is when we will receive anything. In this case it is independence and freedom. Our actions determine what we get in return. For example when we go out. First you need permission from your parents. Let's say that they say yes to you. You go out with your friends and they have beer on them. You decide to drink a bit with them. When you come home your mom asks you to go with her and she starts smelling something weird. So she smells your breathe and discovers that you have drank. You chose the wrong so you get punished. Your mom tells you that you can't go out for a month. The next time that you ask her to go out she say's no because she does not trust you. You no longer have freedom or independence because you did not do what's right.
