Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing home administration is a specialized area  of medical and health services management They work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities. Typical duties of nursing home administrators include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific position demand. 
SalaryNursing home administrators make a median average salary of $94,500. 
Education: There is a required 4 year bachelor's degree in a field like health care administration, public administration or long term care administration is a standard credential for a nursing home administrator. As well as passing a state licensing examination. Larger employers may require a master's degree.  
Demand or need for this professionThere is an expected 17% job growth on all medical and health service managers from 2014 to 2024.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be this? Why? Why not? 
I would not like to work in this. It does not interest me at all. I don't think I would like to be in a job where I am in a job supervising others. It seems very boring and i would like to work in something else.
