I totally agree with this quote. Basically what it means is that you must think before you act. You have to think whether is wrong or right. If something is wrong we must not do it. We always know when something is wrong. If it is wrong and we still do it, it will stay in our conscious. When something  is right we must act and do it. We must always think about all our choices before acting on it. No matter what the choice is we must always think before. Even if it is doing something we don't want to do. The whole point of this quote is to tell us to think about our choices before acting on them.
