A Choice: Poverty of Prosperity
“I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and i can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard i want to work, and i decided that i would change it.” - Dr. Ben Carson
Our lives are built on us making choices. The way we make choices or the ones we make affect us greatly. So when Dr Carson says this, i agree. We make our choices. We are responsible for them. If you want something badly it is up to you to work for it. And when you work hard for that one thing it will pay off. All our choices are up to us. Your hard work will create change. So when we fight for something we must always have a passion for it. That will create the change we want. It all leads back to making the right choices and fighting for what you want.
