There are four major areas of specialization in kinesiologist such as exercise kinesiologist, physcomotor kinesiologist, biomechanics, and ergonomic and human factor kinesiologist. Every type of kinesiologist apply various principles in increasing the efficiency of the human body through different methods. A kinesiologist examines and understands the physical capability of every individual. They provide them with proper training and assistance in case they require to amplify their capacity to sustain stress.

Education: Depending on which area you choose to focus on there are different requirements. For an occupational therapist you need a Master’s degree. For a physical therapist you need a doctor of physical therapy degree. For a fitness trainer all you need is a high school diploma.
