Abraham Lincoln is been a very important person. From this quote we can see that he is a very truthful and honorable person. He is someone who chose the right. As well as surrounds himself with people who the same.  This what we should all do. If we hang out with people who do right we will do right too. If they begin to do wrong we need to be conscious and know when to leave. We need to set standards. This goes for friends too. We can't be involved with others in wrongdoings because it will lead to us doing the same.

   Doing good deeds will only cause happiness. Doing bad will make you feel like a bad person. That will only create bad. By doing that you won't be able to live freely because you'll always be having a bad conscious. On the other hand, doing good will make you a happier person overall. You will feel so good that you want to keep that feeling and only do good things from then on. When you do good most likely you will receive the same. You do good things, you get good things. You do bad, you receive bad. That is also why you have to choose the right. You will always receive what you give. Doing good is important, it shows the kind of person you are.
